Check-in desks close 60 minutes before flight departure. Please note that if that if this time limit is not respected, the airline will not allow you to check-in.
The following documents need to be presented upon check in:
1. A photocopy of the Credit Card used to purchase the ticket.
2. A photocopy of the Valid Form of ID of the credit card holder.
3. Valid ID of the passenger.
4. E-ticket.
Failure to present requirements 1 or 2 will cause passengers to be denied check in and advised to purchase new ticket.
Transporting animals is not possible. For those needing to travel with guide dogs, the airline must be consulted prior to making the purchase.
