Our booking stated we were to leave from the domestic terminal Auckland when it was an international flight. We had no satisfaction when we tried to sort the error. Very poor communication with Jetstar

Jetstar advertise meal choices on the online booking and then when you get on board there aren’t meals provided on the flight( the works) take it off or make it clear This has happened often. Prob won’t use this service again. Had a much better service with Quantus coming back to nz.
